Ceiling Fans around Figtree

Much of the housing in Figtree was built decades ago. Older homes like these often still have original switchboards, ceramic fuses or only one or two safety switches, and wiring that was never designed for today's appliances.

Older homes often have higher ceilings or no existing fan wiring, so Jade checks access and support in the ceiling before quoting a fan install.

Homes near the escarpment and bush get their share of storms and fallen branches. If power drops out after a storm, it's worth getting the switchboard and any damaged outdoor wiring checked before resetting things repeatedly.
