Quotes
Quotes are fixed for the scope described in them and valid for 30 days. If the scope changes or we find something that couldn't reasonably be seen when quoting, we'll explain and agree any change with you before doing extra work.
GST
Coast Electrical Co is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to quotes or invoices.
Fault call-outs
A call-out covers attending and diagnosing a fault. Repair work is priced separately and agreed with you before it starts.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Invoices are issued per job or per project stage. Larger projects may require a deposit for materials, as set out in your quote.
Travel
Work outside our normal service area is by arrangement, and travel, parking, tolls or accommodation may be charged. These will be listed in your quote.
Workmanship
All work is carried out to the agreed scope, relevant Australian standards and WHS requirements. If anything we did isn't right, we come back and fix it free for 12 months. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
