Renovations around Wollongong
A lot of Wollongong's housing was built decades ago, which means plenty of old switchboards, ceramic fuses and homes without enough safety switches or power points. Renovating one of these is the perfect time to bring the wiring up to date. In the CBD and around North Wollongong, we look after office fit-outs, shop refurbishments and tenancy changes, with after-hours work available so businesses keep trading.
We cover Wollongong CBD, North Wollongong, West Wollongong, Gwynneville, Keiraville, Mangerton, Figtree, Coniston, Mount Saint Thomas.
A renovation is the best chance you'll get to put power, lighting and data exactly where you want them. Jade works with you or your builder from the planning stage, so the rough-in is right before the walls go up and the fit-off looks neat when they're finished.
What we do
- Bathroom renovations: heated towel rails, exhaust fans, mirror demisters, downlights and IP-rated fittings
- Kitchen renovations: oven, cooktop and rangehood circuits, under-cabinet lighting, island bench power and USB points
- Extensions and granny flats: new circuits, sub-boards and switchboard capacity checks
- Alterations: moving, adding or removing power points, switches and lights
- Safety switch and switchboard checks so the new work is protected
- Data and TV points while the walls are open

Plan it before the walls close
The cheapest time to add a power point is before the plasterboard goes on. We walk through the plan with you, room by room, and mark every point, switch and light so nothing is missed and nothing needs to be chased in later.

Working alongside your builder
Jade has worked on commercial construction sites and residential builds, so he knows how to fit around other trades, turn up when the stage is ready and keep the job moving. Builders get clear communication and no hold-ups from the electrical side.
A fixed price, in writing
You get a written quote listing what's included before any work starts. If something changes once the walls are open, we talk to you first. No surprise invoices.
